We want you to love your curls, coils, and tight textures. If you are not completely satisfied with your PATTERN purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure your hair journey is nothing short of joyful.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
